Handy location at KL Sentral, for those arriving via KLIA express train from the airport and afterwards for metro connections. Friendly staff who always greeted us upon passing. Large, quiet, comfortable room on the 24th floor with a view of the city. Comfy bed/pillows with all the amenities in the room one would expect including a safe, iron and board and kettle. Lovely bathroom with a great shower and a separate bath with a view through sliding doors into the bedroom and therefore outside to the view. There were refillable bottles of shampoo/shower gel/soap for use. Breakfast was amazing and has something for everybody's taste, including various options from Malaysian/other Asian cuisines, plus some Western dishes. The fresh fruit was particularly delicious and plentiful. Very competitive pricing for a 5* stay especially compared to the average UK Travelodge- well worth it! Would definitely stay again.

The staffs were all very friendly and full of smiles. Though check-in did take slightly longer than expected and the facilities were not brief in that time but they're pretty responsive on WhatsApp so that had made up for it. Location wise, it's practically the at the center of the KL transportation hub so you can get to anywhere or get anything within walking distance. The outside view from the hotel was beautiful too. The housekeeping team did a really good job at keeping the place tidy. They even threw in an extra sachet of our favourite tea. Plus point for being considerate and observant. I had asked for extra drinking water and they acted right away too! Overall love the vibes and the room, though the lighting is dimmer than what I'm used to but it was fine, as most corners were well litted especially the bathroom.

The location is ideal right opposite the main train station in KL and the best thing is you don't even need to walk outside to reach the hotel because the buildings are connected by a walk bridge/corridor...great when you are lugging around big suitcases. Customer service is excellent especially the concierge team... please pass on our appreciation to them! We also enjoyed the room very much; comfy bed, bathroom with lots of space on the vanity, bathtub and big shower. The pool and jacuzzi on the 8th floor are fantastic too. We will definitely stay here again and plan to try the onsite restaurants as well which we didn't get to do this time due to time constraints.

You can feel the mix of modern furnishings at the same time also seeing the aging tiles and fittings. It's been around since 2006 so it won't be fair to compare to Pavilion Hotel for the overall feel and ambience. And for those who really want accessibility this hotel really ticks it all. It's super near KL Sentral transport node which easily connects you to trains and mainly KLIA Express train and not forgetting the Nu Sentral mall which also serves as a one stop place for all good food and shopping options.

The gym is the best gym I have been to for a hotel; all new equipment and never feels crowded cause it’s massive and have a high ceiling. Also went for a massage and facial; my therapist (Ellie) was really great at accommodating my needs and making sure that I had a good experience. Excellent service from staff; you just need to WhatsApp them what you need and five seconds later it will be delivered to your room.
